TERMS AND CONDITIONS
KERAMIX is a wholesaler delivering exclusively to paint-your-own-pottery studios and resellers. Our minimum order value is € 700,–. Customers whose needs are lower quantities, should please contact our dealers. Our dealer directory can be found on our homepage.
Payment
For our existing customers, the goods are delivered with a packing list and invoice. The full amount of the invoice is due upon delivery. Till full payment has been received, the goods remain the property of Keramix Handels GmbH. Early payment discounts are not accepted. First time customers must pay in advance of delivery.
Reclamations
Every delivery is doublechecked by us for accuracy and completeness, to prevent errors. Please check all deliveries carefully with the included packing list. If the order is incomplete or wrong, please contact us within two days after receipt of the delivery. All other complaints within 3 months.
Damage
Every order leaves our warehouse appropriately packaged and safely wrapped. Nevertheless, breakages can still occur during delivery. External damage are to be noted in the delivery documents immediately on receipt of the delivery, as later reclamations are not possible. Document the palet and broken pieces with photos and submit a complaint to Keramix within 48 hours of receipt of the delivery. Keramix will then forward the complaints to the shipping company.
Shipping Conditions
Shipping costs refer to available and on stock items.
Out of stock items will not be considered for order value. We do not pay shipping on back orders.

Delivery times
Orders are processed after receipt and shipped as soon as possible. Deliveries to most European destinations take 2–6 working days.
Customers will receive a tracking number once the order has been dispatched, with which they can follow the progress of their delivery online.
